Track Season!

Sorry I have not posted in a while.  Our computer broke and we finally got it back.  Track season this year was awesome!!  It was tiring though at the same time but I really enjoyed it!  My time increased during the track season, my time started out as a nine minutes fifteen seconds and then at the end of the year it was a seven nineteen.  I was so proud it went down that much!  I was so greatful I did that and that also my friends pushed me to do it because in a few weeks Cross Country conditioning for High School starts.  I am so greatful for the oppertunity to excercise and run!

Spring Break!

So for Spring Break, we went to our Grandma and Grandpa's house in Illinois. We had a blast there and we also enjoyed seeing our cousins! During Spring Break, we couldn't do much becasue it was raining and it was really cold outside. Also during Spring Break, our car wouldn't start. We went to get a new battery and then, after we tried it again the next day with the new battery, the car wouldn't start. So we had to have someone tow it away and fix it! Oh well! We had lots of fun! During Spring Break, we bought the movie Tangled. Tangled is now my new favorite movie! I was so sad at the end though that I cried! I am so glad my family and I could go to my Grandma and Grandpa's house for Spring Break! I am also so glad to be at home and go back to see my friends!

Hat Making!

So for the Good Works Project for Personal Progress, I am making hats. I have had a lot of fun making hats and will continue to make them in the future. I have now made seven hats in three days. My first three hats did not turn out really well. The other four thought didnt turn out to bad. I am so glad for Sister Berguson to letting me use her looms! I am so grateful to know how to make hats so that I can make them for people in need. I would also like to say that I am so grateful for Personal Progress. If it wasn't for Personal Progress, then I dont know if I would of made hats.

These hats are my better ones. Once I got back home from Spring Break, my brother, Josh, showed me how to do the brims.

This hat though is a hat that I made Yesterday. I am wearing this hat for hat day at our school! This one is my favorite hat!

Young Women's Conference

I had an opportunity to go with my mom and my sister Shantelle to see the Young Women's Conference yesterday. I just wanted to say that this church is true and that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that Prophets lead our church. I am really grateful for the Young Women and for the program. I have learned so much from Young Women's and I am grateful. I am grateful for the Bishop and his counselors.
